You should be fine. The GTX 770 is basically the GTX 680 and there isn't much of a bottleneck because most likely you're SLI'ing to play at higher resolutions where the CPU is less of an impact as the GPU.
you did not mention resolution which is basically the most important thing to know here. either way you will want to oc that cpu to help get the most of that gpu setup. Crysis 3 is the only shooter/action game I can think of where you will need more than 4 threads to stay above 60fps the whole time on very high settings.
