Double Wire Splicing

I have a LEPA 1600W PSU. I'm almost done sleeving it and I have pretty much only the double wires on the 24 pin left. I know HOW to splice them. I'm just nervous that when I try to plug them in it won't work. I need to splice:

Small brown into large orange wire

Small yellow into large yellow/black wire

Small red into large red wire

and finally small black into large black wire.

I know each color represents a different voltage or function like the brown is a sensing lead and the orange is a 3.3V. Are there such things as incompatibilities when it comes to this and if so are there any with this setup?
