double stack card for dell case?

Does anyone know if there is an Nvidia 8800 that will fit in a newer dell optiplex case? I tried installing this card but the card installs with the fan facing up, and because there is no slot (or bracket for that matter) above the PCI-E slot, it won't go in. I guess what I'm looking for is a card that is conventionally "upside down". Thanks for the help!
 
EVGA with aftermarket cooling? How much space do you have to work with on the core side if you mount an aftermarket cooler?
