This has happened to me twice(once today and once yesterday): When I made a post using the Quick Post box, it seems as though the system tried to register the post twice because it gave me this message, but when I checked the thread the post had also gone through:

I'm fairly certain it's not my PC or browser since I've made posts on another forum that uses the same version of vBulletin(3.6.8) through Quick Post and I haven't experienced similar issues.

It's not a big deal, but it might be something you guys would be interested at looking into.
