I'm looking for a DOS based Stress tester. Something similar to Prime95 but fairly easy to use, and perferably bootable.

Does it matter if it is dos based if it is self-contained bootable?
This boot cd says it can run cpu-burn, which I have used for linux before. I haven't used this cd before, though. No clue if it is good, etc...

This DOS utilities page has a diags.zip that it says is a burn in prog.

Overclockix

It's not DOS based (Linux actually), but it is on a bootable CD and does have Prime95, other prime based stress testing tools, memtest, hardware monitors, and several DC clients. It's Knoppix based, has a GUI and is specifically tailored to overclockers.
