My speaker recently died so i need something for my dorm room, im looking for something less then 100.

would i be better off with this

Im looking for decently loud and bass

I know the second option doesnt have a sub woofer but if its the advised way to go i could purchase a receiver and sub woofer later on

any suggestions? not limited to these two above just what i saw when i did a search
