Those of you who read this months PC Gamer already know this, but im sure there are a lot of people who havent. I've seen some comments that indicate some people believe there may have been more rendering paths included soooooo....
Here is what ID says about the rendering paths of Doom3: (in parenthesis are the specific cards they mention)
"Four rendering paths are supported: NV10 (GF4 MX), NV20 (GF3 and 4), R200 (Radeon 8500 and 9000 GPUs), and ARB2 (everything else.. ie GF FX, R300+)"
They go on to say how the game can effectively look the same on all the hardware because of the way they designed it. etc etc, blah blah. Im not gonna rip the entire Q&A, so go buy it if you wanna read all about it.
