Doom3 performance on FX5600nu 128mb?

Wondering if anyone with a 2500+ish AMD CPU and a FX5600nu 128mb (325/550) can let me know what their max comfortable resolution/quality mode/aa/af levels for Doom3 are. My cous has this setup and was interested in the game. Thanx.
 
Um well maybe high quality 640/480, no aa, all advanced options on or 800/600, medium quality, no aa, all advanced options on, af is set to 8x if you pick high quality, on bright side is since its dark a lot it looks like there is a higher res than there really is
 
Probably 800x600 medium quality if you overclock, 640x480 medium quality if you don't. That card is about the same speed as a 5200 Ultra.
