Doom 3 Nightmare option

I am starting to play the game again, this time in nightmare
and right after the events happen, you get to use the soul cube weapon

is that normal, or is a glitch

if its normal than thats not a good sign

They start you off with the Soul Cube because Nightmare mode is VERY HARD! Enemys do much more dammage. Your health drops till it gets to 25%! It begins dropping as soon as you get off the dropship. Let the very first guy who turns into a zombie hit you once. He will kill you with one hit. Trust me you will need the sould cube. That is not a glitch.

yeah, I just noticed that
but they should have made it different
id should have given you 100 percent health but improve the tactics of the monster to make it more difficult, plus more monsters in each room etc
but not take away 75 percent of you health

I found it annoying that you get to load the game time and time again because the monsters kill you right way with one hit etc

I dont have the time to play nightmare, it seems more of a time waste since you will spend most of the time loading the game again and again
