I purchased a Western Digital External HDD. Well we installed the program and now we aren't really sure how to use it. The program is called Retrospect or something, and after reading the manual and such, it's not working like expected.
I need some help setting up the HDD to backup EVERYTHING on the computer. Basically we want to back up the whole C drive onto the backup, we want it to do it automatically each day. So that just in case something were to happen to the C drive, we could extract the files (which are all important) from the backup. HELP PLEASE!!
