does anyone know how a 1.7GHz Donathon would stack up to desktop Penitium4 chips and desktop athlonXP/64 chips?
 
The Dothan 1.7GHz overall = P4 2.6GHz or so (faster in integer, slower in memory bound apps) or around an AXP 2800+. Clock for clock a Dothan is about as fast as a mobile A64.
