Domain Autologon anyway to Delay(because of wireless)? (XP)

I am currently setting up some laptops with registry edits to autologon to a 2003 server domain. I am wondering if there is a way to get them to delay the logon because it is goofy but it takes the wireless abut 10 extra seconds to get ready to connect so I would like it to wait about 10 more seconds. Oh the laptops are running XP Pro.

Because the way it is now it will not logon then after you wait 8-12 seconds and put in the password it will logon fine. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could try the local policy "Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon".

Launch gpedit.msc & browse to LOCAL COMPUTER POLICY - ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES - SYSTEM - LOGON.
