Dolby digital true HD in PC

I had found many old posts that only HDMI 1.3 can pass the Dolby digital true HD.

But my amp only support decode DTS and DD 5.1.
Is it possbile to play powerdvd and chosse the Dolby digital true HD and down to DD5.1 to my amp?
My suitation is when I choose the Dolby digital true HD, my amp didn't detect any DD or DTS.

But I choose DTS HD Master, it can down to DTS and my amp can show DTS.

Is it possible to set the powerdvd downgrade to DD 5.1 to my speaker?


I know my config. cannot play Dolby digital true HD and DTS-HD Master. (My HTP-33 only can decode DD and DTS.)
But I just want to have DD or DTS when I playing movie.

AMD 3600+ @2.66
HD2600XT
Biostar 690g
ALC 888
Lite-on Blu-ray rom
Use optical connect to my Pioneer HTP-33
