Doing a complete backup onto ext USB HDD

Hi guys,

Just bought myself a Q-Tec ext hdd caddy (usb 2) and a Seagate 160gb HDD to go inside. Installed it on my XP box no probs, partitioned and formatted fine too.

Whats the best/easiest way to copy everything from my C: drive (80gb unit) to my new ext HDD under XP ? I know that the USB HDD wont be bootable or anything like that but I'd like a full copy of my C: drive "just in case".
