Does XFX DD cooler fit reference 290(x)?

I have been trying to find if the reference card of AMD Hawaii(290 or 290x) can fit a XFX Double dissipation cooler and if it can what heatsink could I use to cool the VRM since DD default VRM cooler isnt good
 
It should. From my understanding the cards are the same PCB.
