Does undervolting damage CPU?

I don't think it will damage it since undervolting actually make the cpu run cooler. The only side-effects is the lack of juice needed to run the transistors efficienly.
 
As long as you have primed for 24 hours it is relatively safe. I have my P-M dothan undervolted on my laptop and I have been using it for over a year no problems.
