Ive heard alot of great things about this PSU, but I was wondering what you guys thought. Not all these specs are 100% for sure, but in general terms... yeah.

PSU: Cooler Master Real Power (450 Watts)
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=17-171-001&DEPA=0

I will be running...

A smaller Soyo motherboard
Intel Celeron D 2.4GHz processor
256MBx2 RAM @ PC3200
Three older HDDs (40, 80, 120GB)
Samsung DVD RW drive
Nvidia Geforce 5600 FX 256MB
And a few case fans of course

What do you guys think? Thanks for your time!

Very high-efficiency PSUs... a good buy. Though I'd think it'd be a little overkill in such a system, unless you're going to put it into a more powerful system later on.

I just purchased this PSU and it seems very well made and so far all the rails and volts and amps are all in line. Weighs like a 5 lbs brick putting it in though, almost dead silent, and the blue fan is rather nice against the green fans I have installed. Only gripe is the 24 to 20 pin connector is kinda short. I have a large connection almost in the center of my MB. The push tabs on the molexes are nice also. We will see how it goes, but for now looks like a winner.

I have one of there 350w model's sitting around that is going to go into a folding box soon. But I haven't used it yet.
