Android 5, worldwide GSM / LTE bands, dual SIM, externally accessible microSD, >5MP user-facing camera, >15MP rear-facing camera, >2K screen resolution, 5.8" display, >3GB RAM, USB 3.0 Type C interface, Good sounding stereo speakers, high dynamic range stereo mics (wont clip when recording a very loud live concert), replaceable battery, xenon strobe flash?

Not in the name brand arena as far as I know. Some of the thousands of obscure no name manufacturers in china might have something similar close but of the name brands, only the moto x pure comes somewhat close if you can even call it close.

I'm reminded a bit of laptop recommendation threads. "I'd like a 13-inch laptop with a quad-core processor, a 4K screen, dual GPUs, a 1TB SSD and 12-hour battery life... oh, and it should cost under $1,000."

Sorry, I'm teasing. The realistic answer: look at what's on the market, not what your dream specs are. In many cases, there's a "close enough" phone that will make you happy, and your ideal phone may not actually be any better in practice. The Moto X Pure Edition may come close to what you're looking for, though.

Most flagship phones don't have more than 1 or 2 of those specs, let alone one phone having them all, lol. Dafuq you smoking? If it did exist, you probably couldn't afford it anyways. You could have probably stopped at "worldwide GSM/LTE bands" and already been denied, same with Xenon flash sans the old Nokia phones. Only one phone I know has USB type C (Oneplus Two), only a couple with >5MP front camera, and replaceable battery and dual-SIM highly limit your selection as well.
