it's no big deal I guess but my S939 Venice core 3000+ is overclocked at 2.21 ghz but sometimes System Properties displays it at 2.20 ghz and sometimes it goes back up to 2.21.
 
there's always a little flicker. it's normal. you see it happening with programs like CPU-Z as well.
