So i have a corsair 850hx which is modular. Do they sell aftermarket cables for this power supply? For instance, one of my hard drives uses the older 4 pin molex connector, but currently I have plugged in the stock cable which has 5-6 4-pin molex connectors which makes it hard to tuck away. Can I buy a cable that is approximately 10" with only a single 4-pin connector at the end? lol does this make any sense?

They don't sell custom cables as far as I know. However, if you really want some, you can make your own.

you could always ask performance-pcs.com to make something custom for you. don't know how much it would cost but they're always up for something like that. of course it would be cheaper to make it yourself.

I second the Performance-PCs suggestion if you can't do it yourself, they'll probably make you some if you shoot off an email to them

Thanks for the replies. Looks like i'll have to modify my own as the performance-pc route will cost a lot.
