Well, that AVR is made to work up to 1200W (RMS). So if you just use 600W, you would be a noob but also your setup would work just fine with that AVR.

I have a 1200 AVR Cyberpower UPS and my computer with 3 monitors will last around 3-5 minutes. Setup in my sig is old, but I pull around 300-400 watts with my current setup.
