does silverston st60f make buzz noise when turned on?

Hi guys.

I have a silverstone ST60F. (650w modular)

I was wondering if it makes a quick "buzz" noise when power to the psu is turned on?

I havent noticed any problems, but i will claim warranty if this isnt normal.
