Does Radeon Pro Profile Tool work with Dead Space 2?

Stupid 30 fps cap!!! WTH. What profile in Radeon Pro would unblock this BS. Vsync on or off in game in profiles? I some settings but it seemed like it didnt work. Am I doing something wrong. I use win 7 32 bit
 
There isn't an FPS cap for me - are you sure vsync is off in both the game and the control panel?
