Probably not. That link is for a PC Radeon 9800 Pro -> Mac Radeon 9800 Pro, but it shows 2 problems: a resistor configuration difference (probably to set data endian order) and the EEPROMs are different sizes between the 2 versions (Mac = 128KB, PC = 64KB). The second thing might not be a problem since you'd flash a smaller BIOS, but the author had trouble flashing the card even after replacing the EEPROM.

I wouldn't do it.
