Does FSB for Athlon 64 even matter?

If your FSB is higher than your memory bandwidth, all other things being equal, does it affect scores? So far all the tests I've run indicate no. 1:1 (200 x 10) seems to score about the same as RAM at 196 and the CPU at (244 x 8). I guess what I'm saying here is that it seems to me that these huge FSB numbers we're seeing (~300 MHz) are kind of pointless, because the RAM is still sitting around 200 MHz. Frankly, I'm curious as to if anyone has any numbers that say otherwise.
 
You could always get RAM that doesn't sit at 200MHz. Like I did. But then again, that's just silly old me...

Make your PC4000 run 1:1 at 244x8 and the 1:1 will come out ahead, maybe not by much.
 
I can make my 3200 run at 250 @ 2-2-2-6 1:1. With 10x multiplier... 2.5GHz clawhammer.
