Does each machine have to go through the Syncing process?

Just setting up same machines. It takes a long time for the syncing process and I was wondering it you could just copy and past fiems & Subdirectories from on computer to another? Or do you have to sync each computer?

You can copy / paste block chains between computers. The chains will still need to index out with wallet, but that isn't the same as syncing. When you see your wallet "syncing", it is merely downloading the block chain for that current coin.

Just ensure you make backups of your wallet(s) dat file in the event something goes bad.
 
Why not create a VM from virtual box that has all of your wallets on one. No need to have more then one copy of each wallet unless your paranoid.
