Well I just got 2 Seagate St3750528AS drive and they have different Firmwares.

One of them is CC34 and the other is CC38.

Im just wondering does this effect Raid 0 in anyways and does it lead to problems.

As long as it is the same model and that that particular firmware has no known problems you should be fine.

I've been running RAID 0 since the '90s. One time I had to RMA a drive and the replacement was newer and had different firmware and it worked fine. Another time I bought a second drive later. Same thing. No issues. The only time I ever had a RAID 0 issue I eventually tracked it down to a bad data cable. RAID 0 is not nearly as fragile as some would say.
