I have some OLD artic silver I bought. Artic Silver 3 (so it's ancient).

I'm just wondering if it goes bad. I have an old machine I'm cleaning right now (dust and all). I'm debating pulling the heatsink and cleaning the whole area. But if I do that, I'll have to re-apply the artic silver before putting the heatsink back on.

So I have 3 little tubes of old Artic Silver 3 lieing around.. just wondering if I should do it.

The ingredients may separate over time, but no it's not organic so it won't 'go bad'.

I guess the question is... it'll still work, right?

Take paint for example. it's not organic, but some types, once they separate, it's real hard to get it back mixed (and/or a part evaporates so you're dead in the water)
