Seems to be getting overall good reviews. It uses an Innolux AAS panel instead of your typical AHVA that you often see in gaming monitors, which offers better color and contrast stability while still having fast input lag and response time. Only issue is it does not natively support sRGB, so you're stuck with wide gamut color which will oversaturate most programs that only render in 8-bit.

Yes, you will be able to use G-SYNC. The range is 48-144 Hz according to the GeForce website.
