the first 6800 Ultra SLI score for 3DMark05, once the NDA was lifted? It was like 7,300 or something if I'm not mistaken. And people are getting fired up about 13,000 marks (if that's even an actual score :rolleyes:).

Basically, quit worrying...they're probably not real, and if they are, they are dev boards with beta drivers....and will get better. And let's not forget that ATi always seems to score higher in synthetic's.
 
who cares about 3dmark.

give me some benchies of doom 3, and super mario bros, duck hunt and lets not get track and field.
 
I couldn't agree with you more. There's just too much crying and whining going back and forth between all the ati and nvidia fanwhores about cards that aren't even released and tested yet!!!

I'm so sick of it all it makes me, err, sick.
 
Speculation is a good thing! But yeah.. why don't they EVER use actual games as benchmarks before the cards released. They always run to 3D Mark first thing.
 
Err, it's good until the fannies with the flamethrowers roll around the bend and start to attack everyone in sight that they don't agree with...
