im supposed to be getting 10mbs download and i get 400-600kbs according to speedtest. anyone else have this prob.
 
If you're on cable, cablemodem is shared resource. The more people in your area using it, the slower it'll be. Try speedtesting during offpeak hours.

Also the speedtest site could ironically be slow at the time of your testing. Have you tried other test sites?

Personally I'd be happy with 400-600kbps. I think most of us get around 100-160kbps :p
 
I must have no one on my node on my area. I hit my cap both up and down with my 15/2 all day every day.
