The TDP for the 2.8A is 89W - the same as for the Northwood 3.4C. Ok, that's not too bad but if you're overclocking it could be a problem. I'd stick with Northwood for now, at least until they improve the current leakage issues with Prescott (when the E-0 stepping arrives).
