Does anyone else find these temps strange?

Pretty sweet and simple post.
tri setup, but the middle card stays over 10*C cooler than the top and bottom card.
isnt the card sandwiched in the middle supposed to run hotter than the card below it, which is getting the most cool air?

Theoretically, yes it should be running warmer.
In reality, there are many factors that can cause what you are seeing.

PCI-e slot spacing on the motherboard, GPU usage (the second card may be doing minimal work) or it could just be that middle card is cooler running in general.

A 10C difference would make me lean towards the GPU usage on the 2nd card.
I would suggest running GPUz or another similar program to log the GPU usage along with other measurements if you want to narrow down the exact reason.

You don't really have anything to worry about with those temps, though I do agree it isn't what you would expect with that setup.

only other thing i'd say is check your fan speeds, see if maybe it's ramping up the middle card way higher than the other two causing the lower temps.

i keep my fans on 85% at all times.

not that these temps are alarming by any means but i just thought it was very strange that the middle card is the coolest.
