does anyone do custom modding for people who pay them?

i was wondering if there are places where i can get custom modded case from people who are professionals.

im looking into a few lian li and silverstone cases which can be modded by professionals to get water cooling setup done. but i don't know where i can directly purchase a case which has been modded. there are places such as etailers which they charge premium for which isn't worth the money for. so i'm looking for custom modders who are willing to mod for a price
 
im sure if u buy all the parts u can take it to a computer store or somthin and they will do it for u.
 
I've gotten some excellent work done for me at Performance PC's. I ordered a custom Silverstone TJ07 and had them mod it with some stuff that's not on the menu.
