I mean does anyone buy a laptop/tablet for primary purpose of gaming which has AMD dgpu or AMD igpu (if no dgpu)?

I am just curious.
want to compare numbers of PC gaming handhelds with AMD igpu vs gaming laptops/tablets with AMD graphics !!

Lot of people do go for AMD graphic without an dgpu, AMD apu are populars in gaming tablet, Steam deck for example:

I am not sure if you will find many tablets with dgpu, specially recent with AMD, if they do not go Nvidia (like the expensive 2:1 laptop/tablet device ASUS Rogor others) they will tend to go AMD apu

to give more context, my question was specifically triggered by this

"Only PlayStation will have custom/mainstream RDNA 5 handhelds"

https://wccftech.com/sony-ps6-handheld-rdna-5-exclusive-portable-amd-big-orders-rumor/

so the CPU boys are saying that eventhough AMD will make RDNA 5 gaming CPU socs (with attached GPU chiplets) for laptops, they don't count as "handhelds" — because they are primarily meant to be sold as laptops

my counter is that Asus, Lenovo, MSI, Acer are selling various models of AMD gaming handhelds ($1500+) but very few laptop models using the same chips in those handhelds eventhough these were originally meant as laptop chips

so the question is, in case of mobile AMD gaming solutions, which sells more:
laptops (/tablets) or handhelds ??
