does any one own this ram??

Corsair cm3x2048-1600c7dhx 7-7-7-20 1.90 volts.

and Im hoping I'm posting in the correct forums or thread. the ram is 1600 has the heat sinks dhx and I also have a kingston hyperx ram cooler with 2 60mm fans on them. ok I have 2 stick 2 x 2 gig total of 4. I'm just wonder if any one has had these if they have over clocked them and how far have you gotten?? so far I went from 1600 to 1650 with speeds 7-7-7-20 then turn them up by 40 so I went rght to 1700 turn on pc blue screened. so I turned up the timings to 8-8-8-20 turn on pc and is stable!!! but scared to go any higher!! I wanna reach 1800 so its equal to my cpu witch is also over clocked from 1333 3.0 to 1800.4.0
just so my ratio is 1/2 , I already see a huge difference going from 1600 to 1700 for some reason windows 7 64 bit ultimate used to use 40% right from start up now its only useing 31% stock volts is 1.90 do i need to up the volts? give it another 40 if it blue screens up the timings? or just leave it alone and lower my cpu from 1800 to 1700 im soo lost!!!! please help

The voltage, speed and timings will have nothing at all to do with how much ram windows will claim for cache.
