Does a regular chassis company make this?

I think I've seen something like the Kobalt's chassis made elsewhere but I don't recall it looking as good as this. Does any recognize a standard pc case company making a chassis like this?
 
I haven't seen anything like that personally. Neat looking case as an aside, something about it I like also.

If I had to guess I'd say Lian-Li, but as a custom job for that company? But that is pure guesswork, I haven't seen a Lian-Li case like that.

Addendum: Or Silverstone, I could see them making a case like that, but again it's a custom order..I think. Not one normally sold. Then again looking at some of their other systems, I see Antec & Cooler Master cases (again I think) so could be one of them
 
Yea that's what I think too. I've never seen anything like it.
