Doc to PDF?

Any of you guys know of a program that can convert a DOC file (MS Word) to PDF?

also ...should be free!

(the file is 30MB!! since its a Thesis)

Uhhhhh..
Adobe Acrobat 5.05 will do it for free..

I've had to set it up on tons of clients' computers.

But first you have to buy the Adobe Acrobat program first. Acrobat Reader is free but will not convert documents or anything into a PDF.

Openoffice is good but it limits you to office documents. A seperate PDF print driver lets you use it for anything.

how about FILE-->SAVE AS--> .rtf ?

know this is in Acrobat 5.05, not sure about reader...

Thanks for the suggestion, but it turns out that these people at my work want to turn scanned PDF files back into word documents which requires something more like OCR software, not a simple conversion program.

Works on my mac, I don't know about my PC cause I am not near it now
