Do you own a E8600?

I have just decided on buying a E8600 for my next build. I was wondering for those of you that own one of these what MB and Ram you chose? What would you recommend?

Yes on a P5E64 WS Evolution with Mushkin 996602.

Any decent p35 or p45 board should be able to hit 400FSB, with an e8600 that's 4.0GHz and 1:1 with any DDR2-800 ram you choose. If you want more headroom, get a motherboard with better chipset cooling and something like DDR2-1000 or 1066.

I think it is, but I'm using an X-Fi. It's been an awesome overclocker. Best board I've owned yet. All the hype with the P45 and x48's still don't do much, if anything over this board.

I own a E8600 and I use asus Rampage Formula and Patriot EPP PC2-9200 1150MHz 2x1GB DDR2.

Can't justify an extra $100 for guaranteed stepping and x1 multi over the e8400.
