do you have a x850 xt pe?

My x800xtpe gets pretty close to x850xtpe speeds. Memory is weak spot for me. Max clocks are 580/580. Card walls out at 585/585. And with the zalman cooler its a double slotter just like the 850. I plan on keeping it until I build a whole new rig (spring '06) centered around pci-express and some smokin' cpu power. At that point I'll just sell the card along with the motherboard and cpu its matched with now.
 
I have an X850 XT overcloked to PE specs...

I'm planning on keeping this till DX10 video cards come out...then let the fun begin :)
 
I have a 9700Pro right now...and a X850XT PE in the mail. I'll let you know as soon as it comes in and I get to run some tests with it. :D

yeh ive got a x850xt pe and it runs every game atm perfectly @ 1600x1200 with full eye candy...so i see no point in upgrading
 
I used to have an X850XT running at pe speeds, but I traded it for a 6800U. They were both fantastic cards.
 
an x850xt pe wont run doom3 with everything on at 1600x1200 perfectly...the best card for running all the current games fully is an NVIDIA 7800.
 
Got my 850XT PE a few weeks ago and haven't gotten much sleep since. It's going to last me unitl something much much MUCH better is unleashed on us :)
 
I have a volt-modded X850 XT @ 620/630 on air, I'm gonna put it under TEC and hope for 700/650. Then I'll get another one when Cross-Fire is released, I think 2 x X850 XT's @ 700/650 should be good for a while :D
