Do you expand your MFT?

I use diskkeeper to defrag and its always complaning about my MFT files on my drives being too small.

from what i understand its just a file that includes a list of all the files / folders on the drive?

Do you need to do it for any drives other than the OS drive (C: in my case)?

Do you guys expand them? Does this have any adverse effects on performance (during activities as gaming) for any reason?
