Do these Temps seem right?

With my new system I am getting these temps for my CPU and GPU. Do these seem right or too low? I have 2 front fans and 1 fan for my H55 water cooler.

lack of information.. idle temp = Useless comparative, you need to mention room temp at the moment of take that screenshot and also make a full load on the CPU and then the GPU.. idle temps are nothing specially if for example like me and my 3770k with the un-calibrated/faulty DTS that idle at lower temperature than ambient i can be at 25C room temp and you can see my CPU idling at 20C.. so for example open Prime95 for 10min and then you can compare with other people taking into consideration room temp and that in that screenshot you recently started your machine and have not even light loaded..

BTW if you do not have, buy a Multimeter and test those 12V lines.. 11.176V its extremely low and may damage your entire system if are correct that readings however i think are wrong.. specially with those 0.016V minimum and 0.424V Maximum Vcore.
 
I just checked in the bios settings and my 12V line their is 12.2V so either the bios reading is off or the HWmonitor reading is off...
 
have you many readings apps open?.. if yes close all and re-open hwmonitor but for me hwmonitor its broken since a long time ago, it does not read anything good in my machine even using the "PRO" edition..

try with aida64.. for me, the best monitoring tool.. specially good if you have a LCD keyboard :D
