Do these cards differ enough to justify the price difference?

I have two cards in mind to replace the 6950 that I am currently running, which has been overheating massively lately despite my best efforts to reapply thermal paste and such.

First card I am looking at is this:
EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB

Good: Price, 2GB memory, aesthetics that match my build a little better. To be honest I am slightly partial to this one because I like the fully enclosed style and the the fan type that doesnt exhaust more hot air into my case (Fractal Design Define Mini) which has sound deadening in it so exhausting excess hot air is crucial here.

Bad: I have read around and it seems this style of fan is louder than the axial type fans? Is that true?

Second card I am looking at is this:
ASUS GTX660 TI-DC2O-2GD5 GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB

Good: Faster obviously, but is it so much faster as to to justify the extra nearly $100. Reviews say that it is super quiet, which is an important factor with this build.

Bad: Possibly better cooling but may actually hurt the overall temp in my case due to the fact that is exhausting heat back into the case.

Couple things to note, I have an ASUS maximus V gene (MicroATX) motherboard with a I7-3770 if that makes any difference. I am using all Cougar PWM 120mm fans, front and back. The case has decent cooling but def runs a bit warmer than average due to the sound deadening, I am willing to trade a little bit of performance for silence but adequate cooling is paramount.

Can I get some opinions before I make my purchase here?

I'd def go with 660ti better cooling, faster by a good margin, and will over clock like a beast if u ever need it. The exhausting into your case will not hurt temps much. It shouldn't matter to you anyways cuz your CPU won't over clock anyways. 660ti IMO is just about as low as I'd want to go to run a ton of games with all the bells and whistles at 1080p. I don't think a 660 can max bf3 smoothly at 1080p but the 660ti does it smooth as butter.
I'd take this gigabyte over the Asus tho. Had a 670 with the cooler was basically silent.

Also closes the gap a bit price wise.
