Do led lights heat up a case?

Guys, I have a Lian Li pc60 case. I also have 4x 80mm BLUE led fans, and 1 120mm blue led fans. Do these little lights add alot of heat to the factor, or is it just not enough heat to really matter?
 
ohh man, i can see a new Tt product already. sinks for your leds. you need to dissapate that HUGE 100mW some how!
 
those inverters for cathodes get pretty toasty. i have mine aircooled sorta, cause its infront of my hard drive fans. when i got watercooling, ill cool it with a pelt and a pure silver block, to insure the lowest inverter temps out there :D
