Do LCD ribbon "extension" cables exist?

Doing a project with an LCD and the flat ribbon cable between that and the inverter is too short.

There's quite a few leads that have almost no space between them, so I'd like to avoid soldering the extension by hand if I can just buy an extension.

Alternatively, does a coupler exist? So that I could just buy a seperate ribbon, and use a coupler with two female ends to join the ribbons?

Here's the ribbon that I need to extend:
