do i need to upgrade

i currently own an antec smartpower 500watt ps. the +12 rails combined have 36amps is it going to be enough for a 7950gx2 or do i need to upgrade.
 
You have only the 7950GX2 in your computer? How about some complete specifications?

The SP500W doesNOT have +12V@36A, but it "should" still be enough for a 7950X2, in an otherwise stock system. ;)

OK, lets go up to an Antec Trio/HE 550W, Corsair 520W or a Silverstone Zeus ST56ZF (560W).

All of these also have some headroom for additional upgrades. ;)
