Do I need to keep these nvidia process running?

hey all, I have the nvidia 53.03 drivers installed, and I was wondering if I need to keep those processes that come up in msconfig after i install em running? Do they do anything improtant? Will it f' up the drivers if I don't have them running?
 
depends on the process, they usually just add functionality like saving your power/color scheme.... list the processes and I might be able to tell you what each one is responsible for.
