Hi
I already receive my order today. However, I don't know I need to clean them before put them together. My stuff are
1. PA120.3
2. FuZion block
3. Swiftech MCW60-R
4. Swiftech MCW30
5. Swiftech MCP655
6. Swiftech MCRES-MICRO
7. Masterkleer Tubing

Please give me any suggestion to clean them.

You really should, I was shipped a rad with a bunch of white junk and small metal filings in it. Use distilled water and distilled vinegar.

Look around the WC forum, people have mentioned it several times before.

I believe you let the rads soak in the vinegar for several hours, drain, and if it comes out discolored, repeat. Be sure to clean it with distilled water before using it...

Your rad will probably be the worst. The other components will be much cleaner from the start. With that:

Lay your rad flat on a cookie sheet that has edges. Hook a short piece of tubing up to one of the fittings and dump distilled white vinegar in the tube until it comes out the other fitting. Remove the tubing, put a finger over both fittings, give it a good shake for several seconds, then lay it back down and let it set for about an hour then rinse it out with distilled water. If you want to insure it's clean, repeat once or twice more.

Blocks, dunk them in a bowl of vinegar, let 'em sit for a few minutes, and rinse them out with distilled water. Res and tubing, run some vinegar thru them and rinse.

just flush the rad with vinegar untill it's mostly clear

usually takes me about 2 or three days of flushing and letting it sit overnight etc...

I just put some vinegar in the rad, shake to coat, dump after maybe 15 minutes. See that blue tint? This is the copper dissolving from the vinegar ;) . After this put the rad in the bottom of the sink with the hot water on, pouring into one hole, the water comes out the other. Leave running for however long you want. Should be plenty clean.

Tap water is perfect as long as it's not used long term. ;)
