do I need the stuff this card is missing?

No you don't ! I had 11 or 12 refurbs from them in the last 3 years .
Go for that . no problem . there good for it .lol

And you win with alot cheaper price ,cause
jethro just couln't figure it out.
 
Well, you need a power connector, usually it's a dual end molex / PCI-E connector. Not sure if they include THAT with it though.
 
just the power connector if your power supply doesnt have a PCI-e plug.
