now my system is rock stable but I had this psu for 2+ years and it seems to still run strong as it does not give me any trouble..It the older 430W True Power dosnt even have the SatA CONNEectors on it...

My Voltages according to Bios are

+5V - 5V
+12V- 11.64 -11.71

Enough said. ;)

i am just concerned with the 12V rail as it jumps up and down but i guess that within antecs regulation

Yeah... That's because you're using a PSU designed for a 5V system and your CPU is 12V regulated, but you're good if you're within the +/- 5% (which would be +11.6V.)

I seriously doubt anything "bad" is going to happen to the rest of your system. If the voltage had to dip too low, you'd experience lock ups and other instabilities. Sure, you could use a new PSU eventually, but you're fine right now.
